RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 - SIZING
We ask that all customers are certain of their shoe size (in the particular style of shoe ordered) before ordering. Since all products are hand-painted 1:1, we cannot offer a refund or exchange service if the shoes don't fit.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGE
a) If an item is damaged due to fault of the customer, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we are happy to fix any damage to the best of our ability as long as the customer pays return shipping.
b) If an item is damaged in transit or not due to the fault of the customer, we cannot offer a refund or exchange service. However, we will pay return postage to correct any damage and ship them back to the customer.
